Burien Events are Back
Prior to the pandemic and limitations on in-person gatherings, Burien’s events attracted people from all over the Puget Sound region to enjoy unique community celebrations. With the opening of the Casa Italiana – Italian Cultural Center, summer festivals such as Ferragosto and more will bring the sights, sounds, and taste of Italian traditions to Burien. Burien Art Walk First Fridays The Art Walk is a special event for the Burien community that seeks to support small businesses and local artists at the same time. The Art Walk is being co-hosted by Discover Burien and B-Town Beat. The Burien Art Walk takes place the First Friday of Every Month from 4pm to 8pm at participating Downtown Burien Businesses. A map is provided for each Art Walk here. Burien Farmers Market The Burien Farmers Market is a community favorite among locals. From finding fresh produce, specialty food items, and locally made gifts, new discoveries can be made at the weekly Farmers Market.
